This is an easy, short family walk, classified as a “sentier marmailles” by the Office National des Forêts. From Le Brûlé, take the Roche Écrite forest road as far as the junction indicating the waterfall. Continue to the parking lot and walk down to the foot of the waterfall.
The trail can be slippery during the austral summer (wet season from October to April). During the austral winter (dry, cool period from April to October), the waterfall is often dry. The trail is lined with cryptomerias and guava trees, which can be picked between May and July.
