Access: take the winding Montagne road. Pass the long hairpin bends and turn right onto Chemin de la Vigie, the first street you come to. Drive to the viewpoint, then on to Chemin Cap Bernard, to park at the start of the path near a transformer.
The path is not difficult and offers a beautiful view of the town and the ocean. A kiosk is available for picnics. The view of the city is particularly spectacular at nightfall, when the city lights up.
